1. Circuit simplification techniques and AC circuit analysis 2. 3-phase electricity, power and power measurements
3. Passive networks and their functions, methods of analysis and classical filter design
4. Theory of electro-magnetism, differential/integral calculus of fields, electrostatics and electric current.

Assessment is continuous by assignments and a final examination, and may include laboratory work, design office work, field work etc.
Prerequisites: LSF 13XX, ECF 2301, MPF 2301.
